This afternoon, the golf team competed in the district tournament, an 18-hole match at Turkey Mountain Golf Club in Horseshoe Bend....
Six area high schools (23 boys) competed in this match and Keaden Gill came in a tie for second place, carding a 92 on the day...
Wet conditions on the course today produced higher scores then usual but Cash Alman and Triston Scott played well. Kudos also to Eli Thornton, who was a game day replacement for Kyle French who injured his ankle yesterday and was unable to play today...

Around 12:25 pm, Calico Rock Elementary School had a phone call from an upset parent. Due to this, we sent students to their homeroom and limited student access to the lobby. CRES was not under a hold or lockdown, we were simply taking precautions. At this time there has been no threat and we have had SRO presence the entire day
Elementary Book Fair will be held at the elementary campus from September 9-13.
Snake Bus Running Late This Morning 9/12
The Snake bus is running about 30 minutes late.
The Bear Bus will be running late this morning. The Snake Bus may be a little late also.
