The Calico Rock School District will hold their monthly board meeting on Monday, January 27 starting at 5:30 at the superintendents office.

Calico Rock will be hosting the Izard County Invitational Tournament January 18-25.

Due to a tragic accident involving one of the Rural Special Sr. Girls they have withdrawn from the tournament. Salem Sr. Girls will now advance to the finals on Saturday. We would like to please ask that we all keep the Fox community and Rural Special School District in our thoughts and prayers. 

WASH will be cancelled today, Wednesday, Jan. 22nd, due to threat of approaching winter weather.

The Izard County Invitational Tournament has been rescheduled due to possible inclement weather tonight. See revised schedule.

The order of the games on January 21st with ICC has changed.  The order will be as follows.

Calico Rock School District will not have school on Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Due to inclement weather Calico Rock Schools will be starting at 10:00 am today, Friday, January 17th. 

Jr. High Regional Quiz Bowl will have a delayed start today, Friday January 17.

Coaches meeting will be at 10:00 am

Tournament begins at 10:30

Ballgames with Omaha Schools have been rescheduled on February 6th. No ballgames at Calico Rock Schools tonight.

The Calico Rock School District will be hosting the AGQBA1A North Central/NE Junior High Quiz Bowl Regional on January 17, 2020.

Congratulations to Christine Williamson and Macy James for making the All-Region Band.  Christine made 1st Band 7th chair, and Macy mad 2nd Band 3rd chair.  Christine, Macy as well as Michelle McDonald will be performing in the All Region clinic this Saturday at ASU Jonesboro.  Great Job! We are proud of our musical Pirates!!!

Thursday night, January 16th at 5:30 in the high school cafeteria, there will be a project grade meeting for all seniors and their parents.  Please make plans to attend.

There will be no after school tutoring at the elementary today.

Previously, games with St. Joe had to be rescheduled.  Those games will be played this Tuesday night at Calico Rock.  The senior boys and both junior teams will be in action.
