Special Education Documents Due Process
Attention Parents In the Calico Rock School District
The state and federal guidelines require that all special education due process forms and records be destroyed seven years after a student leaves the special education or speech therapy program.
You have the right to review and pick up your child's due process records. The records, which are not picked up, will be destroyed. For more information, please call the Calico Rock School at 870-297-3745, Brenda Pittman.
