PROVISION 2 NONBASE YEAR

SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025

The Calico Rock School District is pleased to announce the district will participate in Provision 2 during the 2024­-2025 school year providing meals, regardless of eligibility, at NO CHARGE for all students at the following Calico Rock Elementary and Calico Rock High School participating in the School Breakfast Program or National School Lunch Program. This is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Special Assistance Certification and Reimbursement Provision 2 Alternative. All adults, e.g., visitors, teachers, support staff members, and administrators of the district must assume the full cost of the meal which is $2.92 for Breakfast and $4.36 for Lunch.

In the operation of child feeding programs, no child will be discriminated against because of race, sex, color, national origin, age, or disability.

The letter must contain the complainants name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
